Jerusalem: The Israeli army is continuously attacking Hezbollah targets in Lebanon. On October 7, on the anniversary of the Hamas terrorist attack, Israel has killed a senior Hezbollah commander in a massive attack in Beirut. The Israeli military said Suhail Husseini, who was responsible for overseeing the terrorist group’s logistics, budget and management, was killed in the strike. There has been no comment on this from Hezbollah yet.

The Israeli military said Husseini was involved in supplying modern weapons from Iran and then delivering them to various Hezbollah units. Husseini was a member of the group’s military council. Israel has killed several top commanders, including Hezbollah’s top leader Hassan Nasrallah, in strikes in recent weeks.

Israel started ground attack

Israel also launched a limited ground offensive in southern Lebanon last week, which continues. Meanwhile, Hezbollah said that it has made new appointments in place of its deceased commanders. It has pledged to continue launching rocket, missile and drone attacks on Israel until there is a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
