Judge Aamir Ali gave a big shock to Donald Trump, issued this order regarding USAID – India tv hindi

Usaid has been on the target of Trump administration from the beginning.

Washington: A Federal Judge in the US on Thursday ordered the Trump administration to repay the USAID and the partners of the state department by next Monday. Following the order of Judge Aamir Ali, the ban on all foreign aid by the Trump administration for 6 weeks was lifted. US District Judge Aamir Ali ruled in favor of NGOs and businesses, who filed a case against this ban of funding. Due to the withdrawal of funding, organizations worldwide had to cut their services and thousands of employees had to be fired.

Judge suspects the arguments of Trump administration

Ali’s questions seemed to have been doubting the arguments of the Trump administration that the presidents had a widespread right to ignore the decisions of the Congress at the expense in terms of foreign policy, including foreign aid. Ali said, “To say that the appropriation is optional, an earth will shake, the country will be a shaking proposal.” He asked government lawyer Indranil Sur, ‘I have a question in my mind that from where are you bringing this in the constitutional document?’ Following the order given on Thursday, everyone is now watching other cases related to USAID.

Trump banned funding on 20 January

Ali’s decision came a day after the Trump administration rejected the proposal to prevent funding received through Usaid. The High Court directed Ali to clarify what the government should do to follow his previous order, in which the funds needed to be issued immediately for the work already done. The funds were banned under an executive order signed by President Donald Trump on 20 January.

Funding of $ 60 billion affected

The Trump administration appealed when Ali issued a temporary stay order and set a deadline for issuing payment for the work already done. The administration said that it has implemented personal fixation instead of completely banning expenses, as a result of which 5800 USAID contracts and 41000 foreign departments of foreign departments were canceled, which is about $ 60 billion.
