A federal appeal in the US, in a judgment on Wednesday, said that President Donald Trump’s order to end birth -based citizenship is unconstitutional. The court also upheld the decision of the subordinate court, which prohibit the implementation of Trump’s decision across the country.
The decision was pronounced by a panel of three judges of the ‘9th American Circuit Court of Appeals’, before a federal judge of the New Hampshire had banned Trump’s order.
The appeal court’s decision will prohibit the implementation of the order on the Trump administration that illegally or temporarily refuses to give citizenship to the children of people living in the US.
The court said in its order, “The District Court has concluded that the proposed interpretation of the government order, which deprives many people born in the US, is unconstitutional.” We fully agree with this. “The court’s decision is not currently reacted by the ‘White House’ (the official residence and office of the President of the US) and the Ministry of Justice.
