More than 70 people killed, 171 injured in US air strike at Yemen oil port

More than 70 people were killed and 171 others were injured in the US air strike at an important oil port occupied by Yemen’s Huti rebels. Iran -backed Huti rebels gave this information on Friday.

The tanker trucks turned into burning debris after the US air strike at the Raas Isa port at night.

This port is a major center of fuel supply and from this, fuel reaches the Huti rebels occupied by Yemen. Huti rebels reported that at least 74 people were killed and 171 others were injured in the attack.

He showed the graphic footage of the incidents after the attack on his news channel, in which the corpses were scattered at the port and the tanker trucks were broken. He condemned the attack and called it ‘completely unfair’.

The incident of such a large number of people being killed in American airstrikes indicate the intensity of attacks against the rebels by the US. The attack took place at a time when there is a negotiation between the US and Iran in Rome over Iran’s growing nuclear programs.
