Nepal again shake due to earthquake tremors.
Kathmandu: Earthquake tremors were felt once again in India’s neighboring country Nepal. These tremors of the earthquake came to Dairana district of western Nepal. On Tuesday, the intensity of this earthquake was measured at 4.4 on the Richter scale. Officials gave information about the earthquake. However, there is no news of any kind of life and property loss after this earthquake. People got out of their homes due to earthquake.
According to the National Earthquake Science Center, the center of the 4.4 magnitude earthquake was the Toliza of Daijra district. The earthquake also felt shocks in neighboring districts Achaham, Kalikot and Surkhet. Officials said the earthquake in Dairan came at 5:20 pm local time.
Why do earthquakes come?
In recent times, there is an increase in earthquake incidents in many areas of the country and the world. There are 7 tectonic plates within our earth. These plates continue to roam in their place. However, sometimes they also have conflict or friction. This is why earthquake incidents are seen on earth. General life has to bear the most loss of this. Earthquakes collapse houses, in which thousands of people die.
What are the earthquake zones in India
According to geological experts, about 59 per cent of the total territory of India is considered sensitive to earthquake. Scientists have divided the earthquake sector in India into Zone-2, Zone-3, Zone-4 and Zone-5 i.e. 4 parts. Zone-5 areas are considered the most sensitive, while Zone-2 is considered less sensitive. Delhi, the capital of our country, falls in Zone-4 of the earthquake. Earthquakes of more than 7 intensity can occur here, which can cause great destruction. (Input-PTI)
