The pressure on Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has increased the pressure to carry forward the ceasefire agreement with Gaza, after new details of the condition of those who were held by Hamas to be pathetic. At the same time, US President Donald Trump stands on his stance that the US will capture the Palestinian region.
The second phase of the ceasefire was to begin on February 3 but there has been no significant progress between Israel and Hamas, while the Israeli armies have withdrawn from the Gaza corridor on Sunday under the agreement.
Netanyahu sent a delegation to Qatar for talks, but this delegation did not include high level officials, which are being speculated that there will be no success in this phase.
Netanyahu went to America to meet Trump in recent. It is believed that he can hold an important meeting with his ministers on this issue on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Trump on Sunday repeated his vow to control the Gaza Strip.
He told reporters in the ‘Air Force One’ aircraft, “I am committed to buying and owing Gaza. As far as its re -construction is concerned, we can give some regions to other countries of West Asia for construction. Others can do this under our aegis, but we are committed to taking it in our own ownership and making sure that Hamas is not returned. ”
Trump said that Arab countries would agree to take Palestinians after talking to them and they emphasized that if Palestinians had an option, they will leave Gaza easily.
