Geneva: Foreign Minister Jaishankar, who is on a visit to Switzerland, has taken a dig at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s “Khatakhat” statement without naming him. Jaishankar said that nothing happens “in a jiffy” in life, but one has to work hard for it. Jaishankar’s remarks came while addressing the Indian community in Geneva. He told the people that life is not “Khatakhat”. Hard work is necessary to achieve any position.
Jaishankar also gave details of the infrastructure development done in India in 10 years of PM Modi. He also said that until you develop human resources, you have to keep working hard and until you are able to develop infrastructure, you do not have policies. Therefore, nothing happens “smoothly” in life. Hard work and dedication is necessary for this. To do anything different, it is essential to be diligent in life.
