A total of 284 incidents of terrorism have been reported in Pakistan’s disturbed Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province since the beginning of 2025. 148 terrorists killed
The report said 148 terrorists were killed in retaliation by security forces, the maximum number of 67 terrorists were killed in Dera Ismail Khan district.
