We are friends of both countries
Trade and Commerce Minister Jonathan Reynolds described the situation in Jammu and Kashmir as extremely worrying and told the BBC that Foreign Minister David Lemi has contacted both countries. Renalds said, “We are friends of both countries, partners. We are ready to support both countries. Both countries have a keen interest in reducing regional stability, dialogue and stress and we will do whatever we can do in its support.”
Scotland requested for talks
Among the MPs of the Labor Party, Steella Crace appealed to all the concerned parties to exercise restraint and said that the concerned parties should be restrained. After Operation Sindoor, the first minister of Scotland John Swini reacted on social media. He said, “I am very worried about the events in Kashmir and urge peace and conversation to avoid struggle.” The post of first minister of Scotland is equivalent to the Prime Minister. (Language)
