About 7 to 80 years ago, Kash Patel’s family left Gujarat and moved to Uganda. All close family members of Patel have settled abroad. After going to Africa, he sold his ancestral houses in Bhadran.

“According to our records, the family lived in Moti Khadki area of Bhadran village and went to Uganda about 70 to 80 years ago,” he said. Rajesh Patel said, “The family has sold his ancestral house and land and all their relatives have settled abroad, especially in America. Now, when a family member of Kash Patel comes back to India, we will name their next generation, In which his own name is also included, he will seek permission to enter the ‘lineage’. ”
Kash Patel’s family is associated with Patidar community
He said, “We have not met Kash Patel, because the family has not visited Anand in recent years. But many people in our community know him, because the Patidar community is very connected to each other.” Rajesh Patel said that as far as he knows, the family returned to India for some time after being expelled from the African country in 1970. He said, “Indians expelled from Uganda had come to India for some time, as they had applied for asylum in Britain, America or Canada. Kash Patel’s family also came here for some time and then his application was accepted After that they moved to Canada. ” Rajesh Patel said that he moved to America from Canada, where Kash Patel was born in 1980.
In fact, Indians migrating in Uganda were expelled from the African country by dictator Idi Amin, who took a military coup in 1971 and seized power. In 1972, he ordered the Indian community to leave his country in 90 days. Native of New York, Kash Patel completed his graduation at Richmond University and then returned to New York and earned a law degree, as well as a certificate in international law from the University College London Faculty of Lodge in the United Kingdom.
