Peshawar: Terrorist incidents are not stopping in Pakistan. Once again a check post of Frontier Corps has been attacked in the restive Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of north-west Pakistan. A security personnel has died in an attack on a check post of Frontier Corps. Police gave information about this on Monday. Banned organization Lashkar-e-Islam has taken responsibility for the attack. According to the police, the attack took place on Sunday at the FC check post in Tirah Valley of Khyber district bordering Afghanistan.

Lashkar-e-Islam is a Deobandi jihadist terrorist group active in the Khyber district of Pakistan and the neighboring Nangarhar province of Afghanistan. On April 25 this year, Lashkar-e-Islam leader Haji Akbar Afridi was killed by unknown gunmen in Bara area of Khyber district. Lashkar-e-Islam is known for its terrorist activities. Terrorist incidents have increased in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
