Peshawar: Pakistan has started a major operation against terrorists. The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province has decided to launch a campaign to free Kurram district of the province from terrorists in view of the continuous attacks on security forces and assistance convoys. Official sources gave this information on Wednesday.

Sources said that the residents of four villages of Kurram district – Ochhat, Dad Qamar, Manduri and Bagan – have been asked to vacate their area, after which the campaign will start. After getting instructions from the security forces, people have started emptying their homes in panic. He informed that the government has also decided to fix the reward amount against the people involved in unrest and their leader.
