The Inter-Services Public Relations said, “Pakistan is constantly asking the Interim Afghan government to ensure effective border management on its part of the border.” ISPR said that “Pakistan’s security forces are committed to protecting their borders and ending the threat of terrorism from the country.”

16 terrorists were killed

Earlier in the end of March, similar efforts were made, which failed to kill 16 terrorists by Pakistani security forces. A few days later, 11 terrorists were killed in four different encounters with security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
