Karachi: A Hindu youth of Pakistan left for a pilgrimage in India. But before the Wagah warder crossed and entered India, Pakistanis kidnapped him. This has stirred up the family. According to the information, the Hindu youth was abducted by some unknown people when he and his family were going to cross the Wagah border for a pilgrimage for Mahakumbh bath in India. The young man’s sister has claimed to ensure his safe return to Pakistan’s Army Chief and the government.
Nirmala said that her brother Om Prakash Kumar was abducted from the immigration office at Wagha border towards Lahore on 21 February and is still missing. The family lives in Mirpurkhas in southern Sindh province in the north-east, about 230 km from Karachi. In a video message released on social media late on Thursday night by social activist Shiva Kachi, Nirmala said that he and her family were going to India for the Ganga pilgrimage including Om Prakash.
Pakistani family was coming for Mahakumbh
This Hindu family of Pakistan was coming to India for Mahakumbh bath. Dr. Nirmala, by profession, told that when all those people were at the immigration counter, some people came to Prakash in plain clothes and started questioning him. Nirmala told that later he took Om Prakash’s passport, visa form and mobile phone and took him to another room. Nirmala said, “When I inquired and started crying, one of them told me that I should take my family back home. We only know that after that they took my brother to some unknown place and he has not returned yet. “The incident has passed a week but there has been no response from the government or concerned department.
