Washington DC: President Donald Trump has banned the entry of Pakistanis in the US. According to the news of New York Times, the people of Pakistan will no longer be given a visa of America. Trump has imposed such a ban on 43 countries. It has 11 countries in the red list, 10 nations in the orange list and 22 countries in the Yellow list. Thus Trump has targeted 43 countries on the draft list for the new travel ban.

A draft aired within the Trump administration gives a list of three level countries, whose citizens may face restrictions on entering the United States. According to officials familiar with the case, the Trump administration is considering targeting citizens from 43 countries as part of a new ban on travel to the United States, which would be wider than the restrictions imposed during President Trump’s first term.

These conditions will be applicable

A draft list of recommendations prepared by diplomatic and security officers suggested the “red” list of 11 countries, whose citizens will be completely stopped from entering the United States. Whereas, only rich and business people from Orange List countries will be given permission for entry with conditions. At the same time, countries included in the Yellow list will be allowed to travel when the country will resolve the country within 60 days.

Countries with red list

Officials said the countries included in the Red List are Afghanistan, Bhutan, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela and Yemen. The draft list of the proposed travel restrictions is given in an internal proposal of the Trump administration, whose citizens may face a ban on entering the US. The final order of some countries may change.

Orange list countries

10 countries are placed in the orange list in the draft list. Citizens of these countries will not be issued visas. These include Pakistan, Belarus, Eritrea, Haiti, Laos, Myanmar, Russia, Sierra Leone, South Sudan and Turkmenistan. The rich and business class people of these countries will be allowed to come to the US with conditions. No other visa will be released.

Yellow list countries

These include 22 countries. Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Word, Paper, Congo Republic, Congo Democratic Republic, Dominica, Equatorial Guinea, Gambia, Liberia, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, St. Kits and Nevis Sant Kits and Nevis, Sao Kits and Nevis, Sasta Kits and Nevis, Sao Kits Vanuatu, Zimbabwe. People of these countries will be allowed to enter when they resolve American concerns within 60 days.

Why the list ready

Officials, who discussed sensitive internal deliberations on the condition of keeping the name secret, warned that the list was prepared by the State Department several weeks ago and there was a possibility of change till it reached the White House. Embassies and Regional Bureau officials and other departments and intelligence agencies of the Department of State Department are reviewing the draft.

The draft proposal also includes a “orange” list of 10 countries for which the journey will be banned, but will not be stopped. In those cases, rich business passengers may be allowed to enter, but not immigrant or tourist visas.
