Let us tell you that this incident of firing took place on the Blue Line train at Forest Park in Chicago at around 5:30 am on Monday. Forest Park is a suburb located about 16 km west of Chicago city. According to the police, a suspect has been arrested in connection with this incident. Authorities charged a 30-year-old man with murder on Tuesday. Forest Park Mayor Rory Hoskins said that it is suspected that the people who were shot did not even see the attacker.
The attacker was caught with the help of video footage
“They were shot while they were sleeping,” Hoskins said. The Cook County medical examiner’s office said three men and a woman were killed. Forest Park police said all four appeared to be adults. Hoskins said the suspected attacker fled after the massacre but was later captured by police with the help of video footage. Authorities identified him as Rannie S. Davis of Chicago.
