Prime Minister Narendra Modi left for home on Monday after a “successful and important” three-day visit to the US.

During this visit, he attended the meeting of the heads of government of the member countries of the ‘Quad’ (Quadrilateral Security Dialogue) and an event of the Indian community. He addressed the ‘Summit of the Future’ at the United Nations General Assembly. Prime Minister Modi also held several bilateral meetings during his visit.

The Ministry of External Affairs posted on social media, writing that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has left for New Delhi after completing a successful and important visit to America.

Let us tell you that PM Modi reached America on Friday and on the first day he attended the meeting of Quad leaders in Wilmington, Delaware.

According to the information, the summit of Quad leaders hosted by President Joe Biden was held on Saturday in his hometown Wilmington, Delaware. Prime Minister Modi, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida participated in it. During this meeting, US President Biden welcomed the progress made towards finalizing the purchase of 31 long-term MQ-9B armed drones from US defense major General Atomics.

At the same time, at the Quad Leadership Summit and other related conferences, Prime Minister Modi outlined India’s vision of cooperation, connectivity and engagement for development with various partners in the Indo-Pacific region.

Apart from this, a very special feature of the bilateral meeting with the United States is that America returned 297 antiquities to India, some of which were displayed at Biden’s residence during the meeting.
