President Vladimir Putin has made a big statement today regarding peace talks regarding the Ukraine-Russia war. Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that China, India and Brazil could play the role of mediators in possible peace talks on Ukraine. Putin said that an initial agreement reached between Russian and Ukrainian negotiators during talks in Istanbul in the first week of the war, which was never implemented, could become the basis for talks.

PM visits Ukraine and Russia
After his visit to Russia, PM Modi also visited Ukraine recently. PM Modi visited Ukraine on 23 August. He reached Kiev by train from Poland. Here his and President Zelensky’s photo went viral. PM Modi went to Russia in July. During this, the Russian President honored him with Russia’s highest civilian honor, the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle. President Putin put this around PM Modi’s neck with his own hands. During this, the pictures of both of them went viral on social media. Due to which Zelensky got angry.
