Question raised on priority given to Indians in jobs: Canadian woman Klaus Arminius, (Canadian woman Klaus Arminius) has sued popular coffeehouse and restaurant chain Tim Hortons Inc. for discrimination.
He said in the post that the company is giving priority to give jobs to Indians instead of Canadian citizens. After his allegation, there has been a debate on the issue among Canadians, in which some have called his allegation true, while some have called it unnecessary.
Arminius told that Tim previously discriminated against Canadian employees and when they complained about it, he fired them. The company favors Indians, which goes against the diversity and inclusive character of the country, he said. His post has been viewed by 45 lakh people.
Klaus’ allegations attracted a large number of people’s attention
Indian managers exclusively employed Indian immigrants, the post said. Hiring one type of people affected the working environment.

Kloss’s allegations have attracted a large number of people’s attention. Many Canadians have expressed concern over the issue, with some saying that if immigrants are qualified and willing to work for low wages, then why should they not be given jobs.
Hortons has not yet commented on these allegations by its former employee. This matter has come to light at a time when shortage of houses and increasing unemployment have become a big issue in Canada.
