Russia Ukraine War: A big claim has been made by the Kremlin amid the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. Kremlin has said that all Ukrainian soldiers have been chased out of the Crucket region of Russia. Kremlin spokesperson Dimitri Peskov said that all Ukrainian soldiers have been expelled from the Russia’s Cursa region. Jerri Garasimov, the head of General Staff of Russia’s Armed Forces, has informed Russian President Vladimir Putin in a meeting on Saturday.

President Putin congratulated

President Vladimir Putin congratulated the Russian soldiers and commanders and said that Kiev’s infiltration had completely failed. “The entire defeat of our enemy in the Kursa Border region makes the right circumstances for further successes in our soldiers and other important areas of the front,” he said. Ukrainian officials have not commented on the claim.

Things have changed

The Ukrainian Army surprised Russia in August 2024 by crossing the border about 1,300 square kilometers (500 square mi) land. Ukraine believed that capturing the Russian region could help in any future peace talks, but now the situation has changed.
