Moscow: Russia’s President Vladimir Putin proposed to keep the neighboring country under the UN under the aegis of the United Nations to find a peaceful solution to the war with Ukraine. It is believed that Putin’s statement reflects his determination to achieve war goals. Putin, while addressing the crew of the Russian nuclear submarine, reiterated his claim that Ukraine President Volodimir Jailonski’s term ended last year and does not have the validity of signing a peace agreement.

Putin said that such an external rule is “only one option”, but he did not explain it in detail.
