Accused Sarfaraz and Talib arrested: UP STF and UP Police arrested the main accused Sarfaraz and Talib in the Ram Gopal Murder Case in Bahraich violence on Thursday. (Sarfaraz and Talib) Has been arrested in the encounter. During the encounter, both the accused were shot in the legs.
It is said that both the accused who were injured due to bullet injuries were admitted to Nanpara CHC by the police. From here he was taken to the district hospital. According to doctors, Sarfaraz’s condition is said to be serious.
Nepalese were trying to escape
According to the information, the encounter is said to have taken place in Nanpara Kotwali area, Kurminpurwa Handa Basri around 2 pm. Police had received information that both the accused were planning to flee to Nepal. After this the police laid siege to arrest both of them.
Seeing themselves surrounded by the police and STF, Sarfaraz and Talib started firing. Police and STF also retaliated, in which Sarfaraz was shot in his left leg and Talib was shot in his right leg.
Sarfaraz and Talib arrested in the encounter are undergoing treatment at Jahanpuri District Hospital. The entire premises of the hospital has been converted into a cantonment.
