Saudi’s statement on India-Pakistan ceasefire.
There is currently an atmosphere of peace after the military clashes between India and Pakistan for several days. Let us tell you that India’s armed forces had targeted Pakistan’s terrorist bases and airbase and brought Pakistan to their knees shortly after. After this, on the request of Pakistan, India accepted the ceasefire. Countries around the world have expressed happiness over ceasefire between India and Pakistan. At the same time, now Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia has also issued a statement on the Indo-Pak ceasefire for the first time.
What did Prince Salman say?
According to information provided by Saudi Arabia’s government agency, addressing US President Donald Trump and other leaders at a Gulf Cooperation Council meeting in Riyadh, quoted Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, “We welcome the ceasefire consent between Pakistan and India.” Hope UW that this will help reduce tension between the two countries and restore peace.
How did a ceasefire?
On April 22, 26 innocent people were killed by Pakistani militants in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. India had destroyed terrorist bases in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Kashmir in response to the Pahalgam attack. Since then, Pakistan has attacked India from Jammu and Kashmir to Gujarat with missiles, drones and fighter jets. However, the Indian Army has thwarted all Pakistan’s efforts with the help of air defense. After this, India took major action and destroyed several major Pakistani military bases including 11 airbase, air defense system, command and control center and radar sites of the Pakistani Air Force. In fear of India, Pakistan came to knees and appealed for peace after which there was a ceasefire between the two countries on 10 May. (input language)
