Seoul: South Korean President Yu Suk Yeol has got a big relief from the court. The court has accepted his request to release from jail. This has now cleared the way for Youn Suk to come out of jail. Please tell that about a month ago, he was arrested for implementing military rule and a charge sheet was also filed.

Yun Suk was removed from the presidency through impeachment to implement military rule by South Korean prosecutors last month. According to the news of the Yonhap news agency, the Seoul Central District Prosecution Office has accused Yu of rebellion in connection with an order given on December 3, causing a huge political upheaval in the country.

Yu was arrested after being removed from the presidency through impeachment to order to implement military rule. The constitutional court is considering the case separately that Yu should be officially dismissed or restored from the presidency. Conservative leader Yu, however, has strongly dismissed the allegations against himself. Union issued an order to implement military rule, calling the National Assembly a “base of goons”.
