Hague (Netherlands): Sudan, burning in the fire of home violence, is now erupted on the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Sudan feels that the UAE is provoking the fire of civil war by giving arms to his opposition. Sudan also complained to the United Nations top court ‘International Court of Justice’ (ICJ) on Thursday. Sudan said that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) rebel paramilitary group is violating the treaty related to the massacre by providing weapons and funds to the “Rapid Support Force”.
Following the complaint of Sudan, the UAE has also strongly put its side in this matter. Northeast African country Sudan is requesting the ICJ to issue emergency orders. This request is known as the provisional remedy, including the UAE to make every effort to prevent the killing and other crimes targeting the spicy people during the two -year civil war of Sudan.
When was the treaty in Sudan and UAE
The treaty in Sudan and UAE occurred about 76 years ago. In his initial argument in the ICJ here, Acting Justice Minister Mu’awiya Usman said that the massacre against Masalit is being done by the ‘Rapid Support Force’, which is believed to be the Arabic citizen of Darfur, and has the support and connivance of the UAE. “A top officer of the UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Ministry said that the case is said to be a top official of the UAE. “This is no legitimate legal action; it is a condemnable and baseless PR stunt designed to divert attention from its dreadful records of Sudani Armed Forces atrocities,” Ketet said. Both Sudan and UAE are the signators of the 1948 massacre treaty. (AP)
