Dhaka: There is a continuous decline in relations between India and Bangladesh. Relations between the two countries have become tense after the ouster of former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheik Hasina. Now for the first time, tension has been seen on the border between India and Bangladesh. The Indian Border Security Force (BSF) has tightened security to stop Bangladeshi infiltrators. Due to this, no Bangladeshi infiltrator is able to enter India. BSF officials are strictly interrogating every Bangladeshi suspect at the border. Due to this, the government of Mohammad Yunus of Bangladesh has been shocked.
In the latest controversy, there is information that the Foreign Ministry of Bangladesh summoned Indian High Commissioner Prannoy Verma to Dhaka on Sunday regarding border tension. The development came hours after Bangladesh alleged that India was trying to erect fencing at five places along the India-Bangladesh border in violation of bilateral agreements. Verma was seen entering the ministry at around 3 pm.

To prevent Bangladeshi infiltrators from entering the border, India has started fencing the border. Bangladesh is shocked by this. The Indian High Commissioner’s meeting with Bangladesh Foreign Secretary Jashim Uddin in Dhaka lasted for about 45 minutes on these issues.
