Abuja: Violence in Nigeria is not taking its name. The latest case is from a village in Jumpara state where at least 20 people have been killed by armed men. Dozens of people have also been injured in this attack of armed people. A human rights group has given information about the incident. The Nigeria government has made several attempts to control the violence but the solution still seems to be far away.
The purpose of the attack is not clear
‘Amnesty International Nigeria’, while sharing a post on the social media forum X, said that Dan rushed to Gobirawa Chali village in Dan Gulbi district riding on motorcycles and attacked the people there. The human rights group reported that the gunmen first killed 14 people targeting a gold mine. He then attacked people in homes and a mosque. The possible objective of the attack is not yet clear.
