Terrorist attack in America.
A terrorist rammed a truck into a crowd of people gathered to celebrate New Year in New Orleans city of Louisiana state of America. This terrorist first tried to crush the people participating in the celebration with the truck, then got down from the truck and fired indiscriminately at the crowd. The death of 12 people has been confirmed in this terrorist attack and 30 people including two policemen have been seriously injured. Now America’s central agency FBI along with New Orleans Police is investigating this attack. President Joe Biden has said that terrorism will not be tolerated.

The FBI said the suspect was killed in a shootout with police following the attack Wednesday in the city’s busy French Quarter area. This terrorist attack took place at around 3.15 am on Bourbon Street in the French Quarter area of New Orleans city. After the attack, police surrounded the entire area and eight nearby blocks were evacuated. Police are investigating the truck as there is a possibility that it may contain explosives. After this attack, the Mayor of New Orleans admitted that this was a terrorist attack which was carried out with complete conspiracy. At the same time, President Joe Biden has said that terrorism will not be tolerated.
The attacker wanted to crush as many people as possible with the truck
“The attack began around 3:15 a.m.,” New Orleans Police Chief Ann Kirkpatrick said. A man drove a pickup truck at high speed into the crowd on Bourbon Street. He did this deliberately. That person wanted to crush as many people as possible with the truck. This incident did not happen due to drunken driving.” He further said, ”According to the information we have right now, this is a case of a very complex and serious attack. This is a very tragic incident. “I am very saddened to report that this man took the lives of people outside on Bourbon Street.”
Let us tell you that this is not the first such attack in America. There are frequent reports of firing on the crowd due to gun culture, but this is the first time that terrorists have used the method of crushing the crowd with trucks. The FBI is investigating this.
