Woman’s killer Moices Sandowal Mendoja, who has been sentenced to death
Houston: A 41 -year -old man has been sentenced in a crime committed 20 years ago in Texas, USA. The man brutally murdered a young mother 20 years ago. Texas’s Attorney General Kane Pasteton said in a statement that Moices Sandowal Mendoja was sentenced to death in Huntsville Jail. He has been imposed a deadly injection. Mendoja was found guilty of killing 20 -year -old Rechhel O’Neill Tolson in March 2004.
Murdered after sexual harassment
According to court documents, Mendoja first sexually assaulted the woman and then killed her. After the murder, he took the body into a pit and set fire. The remains of the victim met several days later. According to local media, Tolson, the mother of a five -month -old child, knew the killer from the high school. Mendoja confessed to the murder. He demanded the converting death sentence to life imprisonment.
Apologies to daughter
The final statement shared by Texas officials said that Mendoza apologized to his daughter for snatching Rachel’s life. Mendoja said, “Every … I snatched your mother. I am sorry for it. I don’t know that whatever I say or do, he can never compensate for it.”
