Measles outbreak in America
Washington: Measles outbreaks are being seen in many states of America and its cases are about to reach around 900. This information has been given in the data released by the US Disease Control and Prevention Center. According to the Disease Control Center (CDC), the number of measles cases is 884, which is three times more than the number of the disease in 2024.
Outbreak is spreading
Its outbreak has been going on in Texas for three months and has the highest number of cases, where 663 cases have been confirmed by Tuesday. Its outbreak has also spread in New Mexico, Oklahma and Cancer. In western Texas, two children died due to measles related diseases that did not get vaccinated.
Outbreak also visible in these states
In New Mexico too, a person died due to measles related disease, who was not vaccinated. I Indiana, Michigan, Montana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Tennessi are also seen by measles outbreaks. States where there are three or more measles cases, they have been included in the active outbreaks of the disease.
