Washington: Measles outbreak is being seen in America. Here in the last three decades, the biggest measles wave has created a furore. The situation is the worst in Texas, USA. Here another child has died due to the grip of this disease. According to the information, this child also did not have a vaccine for prevention of measles.
The child had no disease before
Lubock -based hospital and educational institution ‘University Medical Center Health System’ said that a school student admitted to the hospital has died due to measles. The child had no other disease before. Earlier, in February, a child in Texas, an adult in early March, died due to the disease.
Things are serious in Texas
The US Disease Control and Prevention Center has confirmed 607 measles cases in 21 states so far this year. This number is more than double the total number of 2023. There have been 481 cases in Texas, which is the highest case at the state level in the last few decades.
