Help to Myanmar under Operation Brahma

India also helped Nepal and Turkey
India had earlier sent the NDRF team for relief work during the earthquake in Nepal in 2015 and Turki in 2023. Apart from this, India also sent 15 tonnes of relief material on Saturday. The material was sent to the city of Yangon in Myanma via C130J military transport aircraft of the Indian Air Force. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday expressed concern over the situation caused by the huge earthquake in Myanmar and Thailand and said that in this hour of grief, India is ready to provide all possible help to both countries.
