Warning issued for citizens

Governor Babagana Umrah Zulum also called for an investigation into the attack by the armed forces. “I want to assure the citizens of Borno that this matter will be thoroughly investigated and further necessary action will be taken,” he said. “I take this opportunity to call on the armed forces to trace and decisively deal with the perpetrators of this heinous act of violence against our innocent civilians.”
