Kiev: Ukraine and the United States have agreed to the outline of a comprehensive economic agreement, including an agreement on exploitation of rare minerals. Three senior officials of Ukraine have given information about this. The officials familiar with the case have given this information on condition of not mentioning their names. An official said that Kiev hopes that the signing of the agreement will ensure a continuous flow of American military aid for Ukraine which he needs immediately.
