Train driver also injured due to firing
Railway officials have informed that firing has been done on the Jafar Express. The driver of the train was seriously injured. Some passengers have also been injured. The security forces are expected to cause casualties as they reached the spot. Due to the train standing in the tunnel, the rescue work is delayed. Pakistan Railway has sent relief train to the spot.
Ambulance sent to the spot
Giving more information about the incident, Balochistan government spokesperson Shahid Rind said that there are reports of heavy firing on the Jafar Express going from Quetta to Peshawar. The terrorists have opened fire on the Jafar Express. Ambulances have been sent to the spot. Emergency has also been installed in Sibi Hospital.
