US President Donald Trump
US President Donald Trump has asked Russia to interact with Ukraine, threatening Russia. He has said that before being late, the two countries should end the war by negotiating among themselves. Trump said, “Based on the fact that Russia is bent on destroying Ukraine at the battlefield at this time, I am seriously considering raising a large -scale banking restriction and tariff on Russia. These restrictions will continue till the final agreement on ceasefire and peace. Russia and Ukraine are requested to agree to talk for talks, before it is too late.”
Earlier, Trump had stated in a threatening manner during a debate with Ukraine President Volodimir Jailnsky that Ukraine would not be able to stay in war without the help of America. He also said that the bad days of Ukraine and Jailonsky have started after arguing with Trump. Jailonski went to the US for agreement. It was expected that he would get ready for an agreement with Russia and Trump’s mediation would end the war, but at the end of the meeting, there was a debate between the two and Jailonsky returned before the scheduled time.
What are the restrictions?
When a country breaks international law or behaves aggressively, other countries impose many restrictions on that country. These restrictions are imposed as a punishment to prevent that country from breaking the law. Any country avoids imposing ban on another country, as it causes all -round losses and spoils relationships. Such restrictions are imposed only in difficult circumstances.
More than 21 thousand restrictions on Russia
Three years ago, countries like America, Britain and European Union, Australia, Canada and Japan have imposed more than 21,000 ban on Russia since the Russia invasion of Ukraine. Their main goal is to cut Russia’s money and weaken the Russian oil industry. Western countries have banned the export of technology used to make Russia weapons. Gold and diamond imports have been banned from Russia. All airlines for Russia have been discontinued. Rich businessmen associated with Kremlin have also been banned and their ships have also been seized.
