US President Donald Trump, expressing a desire for a “immediate” ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine, warned Ukrainian President Volodimir Jailnsky to either establish peace, otherwise be ready to lose American support.
Trump said a few hours after a heated debate during the meeting with Jailonsky at the US President’s office ‘Oval Office’ on Friday, “That person does not want peace.” He said, “I want a ceasefire immediately.”
Trump said Russia’s President Vladimir Putin seems to be ready for the peace agreement. On the other hand, Jailonsky urged the US administration to be more careful about Putin’s intentions.
