Trump claims arbitration 13 times, when will Prime Minister speak: Congress attack on Modi’s silence

by Rajeev Bansal
June 14, 2025

The Congress said on Saturday that US President Donald Trump has claimed to stop the military struggle between India and Pakistan 13 times in the last 34 days, but when will Prime Minister Narendra Modi speak about it.

Party General Secretary Jairam Ramesh posted on ‘X’, “Today President Trump has turned 79 years old. In 34 days between May 10, 2025 and June 13, 2025, he publicly beaten up in three different countries on 13 different occasions that they have carried out a ceasefire between India and Pakistan using the issue of trade with the US. Undoubtedly, he praised both countries equally. ”

He questioned, “When will you speak Narendra Modi?” 26 people were killed in a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir on April 22, most of which were tourists. The Indian armed forces destroyed several terrorist bases in Pakistan and its occupied Kashmir (PoK) under ‘Operation Sindoor’ late on May 6. This was followed by military conflict between the two countries and on May 10, US President Trump reported to be a ‘ceasefire’ between India and Pakistan.

However, India clarified that there was no third party mediation and military action has been stopped after Pakistan’s Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) requested.
