US President Donald Trump did not give more importance to send messages in a ‘group chat’ about the sensitive schemes of military attack against Huti rebels in Yemen this month, saying this is the “only disturbance in two months” of his administration.
The Democratic Party MPs criticized the Trump administration for leaking of highly sensitive information.
Trump told NBC News that the mistake is “not serious.” He expressed continuous support for National Security Advisor Mike Waltz.
According to an article posted online on Monday by ‘The Atlantic’, Waltz accidentally added the magazine’s editor -in -chief Jeffrey Goldberg to the chat in which 18 senior administrative officials were discussing the attack plan.
“Michael Waltz has learned a lesson and is a good person.” He also convicted an anonymous colleague of Waltz to include Goldberg in the group, “Trump said. He said, “This person was familiar with Michael. An employee had her number. ”
