US President Donald Trump has said that his administration is fulfilling its promises made to the Muslim community and “is engaged in tireless diplomatic efforts to establish permanent peace in West Asia”.
Trump made these comments while hosting the annual Iftar dinner in the ‘White House’ (the official residence and office of the President of the US). He also thanked the ‘millions of Muslim-Americans’ supporting him in the 2024 presidential election.
Trump said, “This is the holy month of Ramadan and I want to say to my Muslim friends – Ramadan Mubarak.” The program of “White House” attended the Muslim community leaders, diplomats and government officials.
Trump said in a brief address before meals, “The Muslim community was with us in November – and as long as I am the President, I will be with you. I think you also know this. ”
Trump told his guests, “We are making our promises made to the Muslim community every day. My administration is engaged in tireless diplomatic efforts to establish permanent peace in West Asia on the basis of historic Abraham Agreement, about which everyone used to say that it would be impossible. ”
He said, “We have four great countries and despite the importance of the Abraham agreement, nothing happened but I think it is going to be completed very soon.” ,
The Abraham Agreement is a series of agreements that took place between Israel and several Arab countries during Trump’s previous term to normalize the relationship.
This iftar dinner occurred at a time when there is a war between Israel and Hamas in West Asia.
Trump said, “During the holy month, Muslims fasten daily from morning to evening and focus their focus on Namaz and dedication to God. Then he meets his family and friends every night and opens his fast with Iftar and thanks to the Almighty. We are all wishing for peace for the whole world. ”
Let us know that President Trump was organized for the first time in 2018.
