Murder of Israeli Embassy employees in America.
The US capital Washington DC, which is also considered to be the safest place in the world, is coming out from there. Two employees of the Israeli Embassy have been shot dead here on Wednesday evening. The incident took place near the Jewish Museum. Homeland Security Secretary Christie Nom has confirmed the incident. The Jewish Museum is located a few steps away from the FBI Field office at Washington DC.
Suspect shouted- Free Palestine
According to the information revealed, the suspect of the killing of the Israeli embassy employees was seen walking outside the museum before the firing. When he was detained, he started shouting slogans of Free Palestine. The suspect has been identified as 30 -year -old Elijas Rodriguez, a resident of Chicago.
The deceased were engaged- Israeli Ambassador
Pamela Smith, head of Metropolitan Police, has informed that two dead are a man and a woman. He was exiting a program at the Jewish Museum. Then the 30 -year -old suspect reached a group of four people and opened fire on them. Israeli Ambassador to the US, Yachial Liter, has informed that the men and women killed in the incident were about to be engaged. The man also bought a ring this week with the intention of proposing the woman in Jerusalem next week.
President Donald Trump made a statement
The statement of US President Donald Trump has also been revealed on this entire incident. Trump said- “These incidents are terrible and clearly based on anti-Jewish spirit. It should now end! There is no place in America for hate and fundamentalism. I express condolences to the families of the victims. It is very sad that such things can happen! God should do good to everyone!”

The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that he was shocked by the terrible incident of firing on two Israeli embassy employees in Washington. A statement issued by Netanyahu said- “We are looking at the anti-Jewish spirit and the terrible price of provocative against Israel.” It should be fought. ”Netanyahu said that he has directed the Israeli embassies to increase security worldwide.
Israeli embassy made a statement
Tal Naim, a spokesman of the Israeli Embassy in the US, said, “Two employees of the Israeli embassy were shot closely while attending an event at the Capital Jew Museum located in Washington DC this evening. We are confident of law officials that they will catch the shooter and protect the Israeli representatives and Juda communities in the US.”
FBI chief Kash Patel also spoke
The US investigative agency FBI chief Kash Patel has also issued a statement on the entire incident. He said- “I and my team have been informed about the firing near the Washington Field Office. We are working to get more information. Please pray for the victims and their families. We will keep updating people about this.”
What did Israel say?
Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations Danny Danon has termed the entire incident as a disgusting act of anti -Jewish terrorism. He said in a post- “We are confident that the US officials will take strict action against those responsible for this criminal act. Israel will continue to work strongly for the safety of its citizens and representatives worldwide.”
