The United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Nigeria, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkish, Arab League and Islamic Cooperation Organization (OIC) have strictly criticized the approved “Israeli sovereignty” by the alleged “Israeli sovereignty” by the Israeli Parliament (Conset).
These countries said that the decision is an open violation of the International Law and Proposals of the United Nations Security Council, which consider any kind of settlements illegal in the Palestinian areas taken since 1967. The statement also reiterated that Israeli occupied Palestinian regions, including East Jerusalem, have no legal rights. Such unilateral steps have no legitimate impact and this cannot change the situation in those areas.
These countries warned that these Israeli actions can further enhance tension in the region. He appealed to the United Nations Security Council and the international community to take immediate steps to prevent this illegal occupation. All countries reiterated the support of the two-state solution, with the establishment of an independent Palestinian kingdom based on the boundaries of 4 June 1967, whose capital is East Jerusalem.
Earlier, Oman also criticized the proposal and said that this step is to openly disregard international law and peace efforts. Oman also strongly condemned the obstruction of food, medicines and human aid in the Gaza Strip and other occupied areas and blamed Israel for this.
