He said, “If the member countries increase their defense expenditure by an average of 1.5 percent on an average of GDP, then it can be a fiscal provision of about 650 billion euros (US $ 683 billion) over a period of four years.” In addition, a loan program of 150 billion euros (US $ 157 billion) will also be given, so that member countries will be able to invest in defense.
