United Nations Secretary -General Antonio Gutaras on Wednesday called upon India and Pakistan to take ‘maximum military restraint’, saying that the world could not face military conflicts between the two neighboring countries.
Gutaras spokesman Stephen Dujarik said, “The General Secretary is very concerned about the Indian military operations across the Line of Control (LoC) and the international border. He has called for maximum military restraint from both countries. The world cannot face military conflicts between India and Pakistan. ‘
His remarks came a few hours after the Indian Armed Forces have been conspired for terrorist attacks against India to attack the terrorist structure in Pakistan and Pakistan -occupied Kashmir (POK) to attack the terrorist structure in Kashmir (POK). India targeted nine bases in total.
These attacks were carried out in the backdrop of 26 people killed by terrorists on 22 April in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.
