United Nations: The terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir is being condemned all over the world. Meanwhile, the United Nations Security Council also strongly condemned the attack and said that it is necessary to bring the culprits to the dock. The resolution issued by the United Nations Security Council stated that terrorism is one of the most serious threats for international peace and security.

It said, “The members of the Security Council condemn the terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April, in which at least 26 people were killed and many were injured.” The United Nations Security Council expressed deep condolences to those killed in this attack and also wished the injured to recover soon. The Security Council has emphasized the need to bring criminals, organizers and sponsors of this disgusting terrorist act into the dock of justice.

All countries should work according to international laws-UNSC

The Security Council stressed that those responsible for the murders should be held accountable. The Security Council appealed to all countries to cooperate in this matter. Each country should work according to the proposals of International Law and United Nations Security Council.

This statement in the media has been released by the UNSC President by all 15 member countries. Pakistan is currently a temporary member of UNSC. UNSC members expressed deep sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims and the governments of India and Nepal. He wished the injured to recover early. The members also stressed the need to justify the culprits and their helpers of “this condemnable act of terrorism” and bring them into the dock of justice.

The UNSC said that it is necessary to hold those responsible for these murders accountable. He urged all countries to make active cooperation with all competent authorities in this regard as per their obligations under the relevant proposals of the International Law and Security Council.
