Washington: Federal agencies in the US will have to develop plans to abolish the posts of employees. This has been said in a circular sent by President Donald Trump’s administration. In this circular, the administration’s intention to reduce the government workforce has been clarified. Thousands of probationer employees have already been fired and now the administration is focusing on civil service officials.
Time given till March 13
According to the circular, agencies have been instructed to submit their plans by 13 March. This will not only sort the employees but will also eliminate many posts. This can result in extensive changes in the method of government functioning.
‘Government is carrying the burden of unskilled employees’
The Circular of Charles Azel, Executive Director of Personnel Management Office, working as ‘White House’ management and budget office director Russell Watt and Human Resource Agency, said, “The federal government is carrying the burden of unskilled employees. These employees are not giving results to the American public. ”

Trump had indicated the trump of the staff in an executive order, which he signed with Allen Musk. The ‘General Service Administration’, who manages the ‘Federal Real Estate’, recently said that the number of employees is being cut.
