Strict punishment can be found if found guilty
Montana’s Federal Prosecutor Kurt Elme has given a statement about this entire incident. Kurt Elme said Bhavesh Kumar, who lives in Lake Hiawatha of New Jersey, is accused of sexually assaulting the co -passenger in a flight from Montana to Texas. Elme said in his statement that if Bhavesh is found guilty, he can be sentenced to two years in jail. A fine of US $ 2.5 million can be imposed. Even after release, you may have to stay under monitoring at least five years.
What did the victim say?
Currently, the matter is in court and Bhavesh is to appear in court on 17 April. In an affidavit filed in Montana’s court, Federal Bureau of Investigation Agent Chad McAniven said that during the flight, Bhavesh improperly touched the woman on two occasions. McNiven said the victim told FBI that she (accused) touched her thighs and backs “and when she (the victim) protested, she (the accused) stopped doing so. McNiven said that the entire incident has also been confirmed by another passenger.
