Tel Aviv: Yemen’s Houthi rebels tried to target central Israel with a missile on Tuesday. Due to the missile attack, sirens started ringing in the area due to which panicked people were seen running towards bomb shelters. Giving information about the attack, the Israeli army said that ‘several efforts were made to stop the missile launched from Yemen.’ The army later said that ‘the missile was probably destroyed.’
‘Some people got injured while escaping’
Israeli Emergency Service General David Adom said no one was hurt by the missile or its falling debris, although some people were injured while running for shelter. Let us tell you that earlier on Monday night, Houthi rebels had tried another missile attack, which was destroyed by the Israeli army even before it could enter their territory.
