Pantnagar, Amrit Vichar. Sharad Navratri is starting from 3rd October. According to the Hindu Vedic calendar, Shardiya Navratri starts from the Pratipada date of Shukla Paksha of Ashwin month. For the welfare of the world, Adishakti manifested her glory in nine forms, which are called Nav-Durga. These nine forms of Maa Durga are worshiped during Navratri.
Astrologer Dr. Manju Joshi told that Hasta Nakshatra, Indra Yoga and Budhaditya Yoga are being formed on Shardiya Navratri. Since Thursday is the first day of Sharad Navratri, Goddess Durga will come to the earth riding on a palanquin. According to religious belief, if Goddess Durga comes riding on a palanquin on Navratri, then it is not considered a good sign for the devotees. Due to this, many incidents will be seen in the country and abroad. There will also be economic recession and decline in business. Apart from this, everyone may have to face health related problems. Therefore, the arrival of Goddess Durga on a palanquin is not a good sign.
