In the public notice issued by the Transport Department, it has been said that vehicles found without valid fitness certificate will be fined Rs 2 to 5 thousand for the first time, while for the second time or after that, a fine of Rs 5 to 10 thousand will be imposed. could. There is also a provision to send the vehicle owner or driver to jail in such cases.
